The teachers at CVCS are exceptional. Not only are they gifted instructors with enormous love for their students, but being at a Christian school, our faculty is able to speak of their love for Christ and mentor the kids, not just academically but spiritually as well. Students will spend over 15,000 hours at school between kindergarten and twelfth grade; the impact that their teachers will have on their life during that time cannot be overstated.

"We have really enjoyed our time at CVCS. From the moment we toured the school it felt like a family we belonged to, and it hasn’t disappointed. Everyone truly cares about the full wellbeing of our kids not just how they are academically. Our girls are thriving and are excited to go to school every day. We are very happy to have found such a great place to grow and worship God." 2022/23 CVCS family

The Christian School Difference

Top Ten Reasons You Should Have Your Child in a Christian School

“I would advise no one to send his child where the Holy Scriptures are not supreme.” Martin Luther’s bold admonition reflects the teachings of both the Old and the New Testament. Throughout the Bible, God differentiates between light and darkness, wisdom and ignorance, saved and unsaved, and Jesus himself clearly teaches that “he who is not with me is against me, and he who does not gather with me scatters” (Matthew 12:30). Whether you have been committed to Christian education for years or whether you are just now exploring the possibilities, consider the following from this perspective: How can Christian parents best fulfill their obligation to train and nurture their covenant children (Deuteronomy 6:4–8)? Specifically, what type of education effectively prepares children for “works of service” (Ephesians 4:12)? "*  * https://world.wng.org/2014/09/why_christian_education; Jim Drexler, author
